    What makes a Hoshi Soba noodle different than any other soba noodle?

      Sonny, sorry for the delay in responding – our Hoshi Soba uses whole grain buckwheat flour in the formula so the soba noodle will look different because you can see the small whole grain specs in the noodle and the flavor will have a more robust and hardy taste.
